To submit your photo for the online ID CARD system, please follow these instructions:

(NOTE: Best if done on your mobile smart phone, so as to use the camera to take a picture)

1. Visit https://idx.transactcampus.com/accounts/newmanu-edu/newman-id-card and click on "Newman University".
   
   
   
   
2. Enter your NewmanU email address:
   
   
3. Enter your password:
   
   
   
4. Complete your MFA verification:
   
   
   
5. Once you're signed in, you'll notice the top bar stating, "Photo Pending".
   Click the camera icon at the bottom right edge of the profile photo circle.
   
   
   
6. Be sure to disable the pop-up blocker in Safari if you are using an iPhone.

7. A new page will open up.  Click "Change Photo".
   
8. The next page shows the photo requirements at the top.  Please read this carefully.
   There are two options to add your photo:
   1) Via your mobile phone (taking a picture) - preferred
   2) Via your Desktop (photo upload from your stored files)
   
   
   • MOBILE PHONE: Toggle the "Camera roll" button on the bottom to "Camera".
     You will be prompted to use your camera. Click "allow" and take your picture!
     
     
   • DESKTOP - Click the gray box (you may upload a JPG or PNG photo.
     
     
9. After you find and upload your photo, click the blue "SUBMIT & SIGN OUT":
   You have completed your photo upload for your ID CARD!
   
   Always use your Newman University email address in all email entry fields.
   Do not use a personal email address. 
   Please type your email address in all lowercase letters.
