If you're having trouble logging into your Google Workspace:


1) If you did not have your 2FA already activated, please submit a HD ticket


2) If you have 2FA enabled:

  • Click Forgot Password

  • Choose your 2FA Verification Method (General - Text or personal e-mail

  • Type in the code sent to you

  • Click "Update Password"

  • Type in your new password and click "Save Password"
  • This will bring you to a page that may want to verify any back up methods, but this is a confirmation that you have changed your password!
